Ok I really wanted to do a post about this look of Penelope. This is how you do a red carpet in my opinion. She looks perfect. The hair is amazing, the makeup is also great too. I'm not a lipstick person, I usually wear lip gloss. But I would totally wear this shade that she's wearing here for "Elegy" Premiere at the 58th Berlinale Film Festival in Berlin, Germany held on the 10th of February . Oh and that dress...amazing. I know that is not an out of the ordinary dress, and that some might say that she played it safe by choosing a black dress. But the details on the back and on the "upper front" of the dress are just enough to not makeing it look blah...Now you know how much I love it. I wanna know your opinion on this one.
